Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Judith Richmond and I am an Artist. For more than 25 years I’ve been working as a Website Developer and Digital Artist based in Michigan, USA. To find out more about me please visit my “About Me” page.

What services do you offer?
I offer a wide range of digital services, they include:

- Ecommerce store setup and integration with drop-shipping
- Graphic design services including print media, branding, website and social media graphics.
- Ongoing website maintenance and updates

What is the difference between DPI and PPI?
Digital images use "PPI" (Pixels Per Inch) to denote resolution, which refers to the number of pixels in an inch-long line of a digital screen. "DPI" (Dots Per Inch), on the other hand, is a term primarily used in printing to indicate how many individual dots of ink are placed on a one-inch line of a physical medium, like paper.

Does this difference affect the quality of the images?
Not at all! The "DPI" or "PPI" label doesn't change the actual quality or resolution of the image. It's just a label. When you download images from my website, you're getting the resolution and quality as stated in the image details.

Should I be concerned about this when purchasing stock images?
For most digital purposes, there's no need for concern. If you're using the images on websites, presentations, or other digital media, the PPI value is what matters. If you plan to print the image, then the DPI value would be relevant, but that's often something managed by the printing software or service you're using. Feel free to reach out to me if you need further clarification.

I zoomed into my image at 200% or 300% and the image doesn't look clear anymore. Why is that?
Think of images as a collection of tiny colored squares (pixels). When you view the image at 100%, each pixel is displayed exactly as intended. However, when you zoom in beyond that—say 200% or 300%—each of these tiny squares gets stretched out to cover more space on your screen. This "stretching" can make the image appear blurry or pixelated because you're essentially magnifying those pixels. My images are optimized for top-notch quality at 100%. Zooming beyond that naturally might not be as crystal clear. Always remember, for the sharpest view, stick to the original size or 100% zoom!

What is Drop-Shipping?
Drop-shipping is an all-in-one retail fulfillment method. I don't keep products in stock instead when you purchase a product from my website, I forward your order to a trusted platform who fulfills and ships your order directly to you.

This allows me to run my business without requiring me to worry about warehousing or handling shipping, freeing my time up to create more Art.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Do you ship Worldwide?
My print providers are able to ship to most countries except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

*There are temporary shipping restrictions in place that affect some shipping carriers, delivery to these particular countries are suspended or may be delayed.

How do you know if your fulfillment methods have quality products?
When curating products for my shop, I purchase and assess each item before making it available to my customers. This hands-on approach enables me to make sure each item meets my quality standards, so you can shop confidently knowing you'll be pleased with whatever you choose. Your satisfaction is my top priority.

Do you manage social media accounts?
No, I only provide social media post design and copywriting. I do not offer full service social media account management or strategy services. However, I'm happy to refer clients to social media marketing experts.

Return Policy
Other than Stock Images if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Items must be in the same condition as received. If you encounter any concerns with your Stock Image purchase, please reach out to me directly, and we'll collaboratively find a solution.
