Welcome to the Studio JKT website (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Studio JKT ("we" or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site.

The Site and all of its Content are protected by applicable copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, patent rights and other intellectual property rights and laws. The Studio JKT name, logo and all product names, company names, trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos are the trademarks, service marks or trade dress of Studio JKT. They may not be used, copied or imitated, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. All other trademarks, service marks, trade dress, product names, company names or logos mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information by name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by us.

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties ("Third-Party Sites") and third-party content embedded on the Site (collectively, "Third-Party Content"). THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, FUNCTIONALITY, SECURITY OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STUDIO JKT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF STUDIO JKT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

YOU AGREE THAT OUR SUPPLIERS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE.

Governing Law and Disputes:
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute between you and Studio JKT regarding these Terms of Use or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

General Provisions:
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found illegal or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of Studio JKT to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship is created between you and Studio JKT as a result of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site.

Changes to Terms of Use:
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
